JOJOAN Return Policy

Thanks for your patience, due to COVID 19 there may be delays in shipping and/or returns processing.

Which JOJOAN items are eligible for return?

Returns initiated and returned to us within 30 days of receipt (return tracking must be postmarked within 30 days to qualify)
Unworn and unwashed items
Return items with all labels and original packaging
Items containing sanitary stickers/liners that are still intact (swimsuits or other similar items)


Which JOJOAN products are not eligible?
Halloween dresses
Clearance items and/or items with a discount of more than 50%
Facial or PPE accessories: for hygiene purposes. Masks, shields and other PPE are not eligible for return
Items showing any signs of wear and/or washing (at the discretion of the JOJOAN Returns Team)
Items returned with original labels and/or original packaging are still included
Items with incomplete sanitary stickers/linings (swimsuits or other similar items)
Communion dresses and/or flower girl dresses are only valid in exchange for a different size and/or color or for a Mia Belle Girls gift card. This is due to the unique nature of these garments tailored for your fashionista.
Why does the shade of my style look different than what I see when I order it on the website?

JOJOAN product image colors may vary depending on the device you use to access our website.


What should I do if my item cannot be delivered?
If the courier cannot deliver your item, please contact your local postal service and have them reschedule the package. Please confirm the shipping address with them when contacting them.
If you receive a notification from a sender about their initial delivery attempt, make sure you follow the instructions on that notification.
If the package has been "returned to sender" (returned to JOJOAN), we are happy to reship the item to the correct address or provide store credit!
If you entered an incorrect shipping address when placing an order and your order is returned to us, we will gladly re-ship the item to the correct address or provide store credit for the order amount


How do I cancel/edit the order I just placed?
Send us an email to support@jojoans.com with your order number and request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order for JOJOAN to attempt the cancellation/change.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all cancellation/change requests will be successful, but we will do our best to start as soon as possible!
Can I return or exchange an order sent/received as a gift?

Please note that if the item/order is a gift, we cannot issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. In this case, please ensure that the cardholder who placed the order initiates the return.
As the recipient of a gift, you can request store credit or an exchange by indicating that the item is a gift. If this is the case, please email support@jojoans.com instead of using the return link listed above and be sure to include your name, address and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order.
If you have any problems with your JOJOAN Gift Card, please email support@jojoans.com with the gift card code and amount and we'll be happy to help!


My JOJOAN item is damaged!
If the purchased product is defective and/or damaged, please initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of the order to be eligible for a return.
Items indicated as damaged/defective will be inspected by our team for damage/defect upon return. JOJOAN reserves the right to refuse returns if we do not find the damage/defect or if the damage was intentional (at our sole discretion)
